1. Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item was delivered damaged or defective

• You received the wrong product

• The item is unopened and unused

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

 

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used oil bottles

• Items returned after 7 days

• Change of mind or taste preferences

• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

• Reason for return

• Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

 

4. Refund Process

 

If your return is approved:

• You may receive a replacement or a full/partial refund depending on the case

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

 

5. Shipping Costs

• If the error was on our end (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping

• If not, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility

6. Cancellations

 

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. After this time, they may already be in processing or shipped and may not be cancelled.
